WHAT IS VILLAMAR?
We are an active over 55 community of 80 garden style units in 8 buildings.
We enjoy amenities that include a heated pool, well-kept grounds, shuffleboard courts, picnic area and gas grills for general use. Our large standalone clubhouse offers a full kitchen and generator for shelter in emergencies and a great place to meet and greet your friends. We look out for our older residents and welcome our new residents, a family environment, while respecting the privacy of those that wish it. We are a self-managed association and very proud to maintain our low association fee.
Welcome home.

Also another big thank you to Lynn Kennedy for setting up the Steal a Gift Party and organizing our Charity to “Children’s Home Society of Florida” she collected $109 for perishable items and also several tubs of dry goods for the home. So thank you to all the generous residents at Villamar that donated. And for another very successful Steal a Gift Party.
